97 250 sx firing problem - help please!

Hello all,
I have a 97 250sx that will not fire. Does anyone out there know the ohm reading I should get on the stator and what voltage I should be getting out of the pickup coil? How about the ignition coil test readings? Is there anyone that can help me with these specs or let me know where I can find them on the web? Thank you very much! Jim

ok.....I am getting 171 ohms on the stator coil and 16.8 ohms on the pickup coil.....also, when the motor is spun over, I am not getting any voltage at all from the pickup coil. I assume that is not good. Is there anyone that might be able to tell me if those ohm readings are good or not for a 96 250sx (sorry about the title of the thread "97 250sx".....it is actually a 96) thanks to anyone that might be able to help.
