New to the Forum. Soon to be the owner of a 2010 RC8R.
I've owned some good bikes. 1994 GSXR 750, 1991 RM 250, and I have currently a 2004 YZF-R1. I've been riding for over 10 years. I joined to be in the loop on the Street bikes but it looks like not very many people own a RC8R.

an RC8 owner... that must be a sweet ownership experience! If u could, let us know some details, about the bike, and some of its traits ! Inquiring minds,want to know! And hopefully , you won't be negatively impacted by the situation in the water down there,unless the bike has floats... good luck with that ! OR, don't worry the government will take care of everything...

Hey thanks, I'll will have delivery of the Bike 21st of Oct. Even with my R1 as trade, the price is still 18,590 ODT ! Ouch. I will take plenty of pics and video for the forum. Everyone I ride with is buying new. S1000rr and 1000rr. I'll do some "real" world shootouts too.

It sucks what's happening in the gulf. I wish I could help in some way but I'm stuck over seas. As for the government, well....... to each his own. Again thanks.
