Not injection but ignition mapping.

Here is a something I've heard others use (I can't afford two new 2011 bikes).

Default 250 sxf , 350 sxf

do you know if the stock bikes are in the most aggressive position? the 250 is very hard to warm up in cold weather, between moto's in indoor races you can't let your bike run to long.

Yes, your bike comes from the factory in the aggressive mode.
This switch allows you to switch to the less agro mode for reasons like slick conditions, novice rider, or a million other reasons.

The 250 is so mellow this year that it does not fill like a KTM, I have got new KTM'S every year for several years and most of the time when the gate drops they put you to the first turn first. but this year there are some problems with the bikes fuell delivery and I need some real help not smart mouth (do you really know a million other reasons) there are people out there that can help with intelligent answers if I can find one.

You got your answer. I even sent you a link. And a "million reasons" was an exaggeration, sorry if it was over your head.

Just because you too lazy to do any research yourself on the web, don't start name calling.
