First time KTMer in NC!
Guten Tag! Hello to everyone. I'm brand spankin' new to the forum, getting a 690 SMC shipped to me this coming week. I'm very excited! This is my first supermoto! It will probably serve mostly as a commuter for me, what with the rising price of gasoline, but I'm also thinking it would be grea tto get it to a supermoto track (anyone know of any?)
It's going to need a few pieces as I bought it salvaged, I'm assuming it was a theft recovery. It'll definitely need a seat for starters. Are there any other models I should look up that have a compatible seat? What about a place to buy stock parts? I'd like to get one used though and have been parusing the classifieds with little to no luck, as well as little on e-bay. Although there was one in the UK.
Anyhow-real glad to be here! I look forward to reading and contributing.
