I'm new to KTMs as of last week (5-17-11), but I'm liking my 01 250 MXC so far. I have ridden it all of 30 minutes, but it has been fun. I'm currently waiting on some parts to roll in so I can put it back together leak free.
I also have an 09 KLR 650 and an 84 goldwing. The goldwing came first, and wanting to venture down dirt roads, I bought the KLR earlier this year. It is a great adventure bike, but it will not be taking me where I plan to ride on the MXC. I'm Tapper on

Anyway, I'm having a good time with my KTM.
If anyone lives near Lufkin/Crockett/Huntsville (which would be in Texas) and wants to go riding (street, dual sport, or trail -- the reason for 3 different bikes), I'll probably be game. I'm closer to Lufkin and Crockett, but Hunstville is more likely to find a fellow rider.
