2008 ktm 540xc

Hello all. I am new to this forum but, I have been riding for many years...
I recently bought the ktm 450xc quad and had the 540 B.B kit installed. also, had the the steering dampener and hand guards installed as well. This is my first quad ever and my first KTM as well. I live in So. California and I do a lot of desert riding. Just wanted to introduce myself and see if anyone has any good tips for intake,exhaust,twist throttle and gearing tips... thanx

That sounds like a great rig for the dez.

Where do you ride when it's too hot in the dez?

Thanx, during the summer we take the season off and go to the river....

If you every get the bug for it, we do coastal
Baja during the summer (Pacific side).
