Thumbs up Mirror Replacement

Although the stock mirrors provide a good rear view and thus avoiding the "chicken dance", at speed they vibrate quite considerably. Therefore, I've replaced them with a pair of Rizoma Circuit 851 mirrors. I've used Rizoma mirrors in the past and as such, these are a direct replacement for the stock ones that come on "The Duke."

I found a set on Craigslist (CL) which saved me 1/2 the cost of new one's so if you're looking for a set, check out your local CL (YMMV).

As for rearview coverage, obviously the zone is smaller although with the correct positioning, a decent view can be had.

I have used CRG lane splitters on my past 3 bikes. Quality is fantastic and I like the clean look of no long tall mirrors bar ends give a bike. I got mine off of ebay for 58.95 each and free shipping from riderdiscounts ebay store.

Mirage, nice bike buddy. Your rim decals how were they to install? Do the look to be able to hold up well?

On you exhaust do you still have the cat or is that a full system? I would like the full system just so high dollar. I am leaning to the Werkes slip on with cat removal but only due to cost is less and supposed to sound awesome.

ClemsonSuperDuke~ The decals are from KTM and are thick compared to some of the other ones I've seen. The install was straight ahead, just need to take time and ensure the alignment is correct. So far so good as for them "holding up" so I don't foresee any issues going forward (outside of tire changes). As for the exhaust, it's the full system from Akrapovic and there is a pre-silencer that is included. You can eliminate the latter with a straight through pipe but I wouldn't recommended it as it'd be pretty loud (IMHO).

Here's a pic:
