What you will find is that re tune your current ecu will probably be locked by the factory and i believe some ktm shops will re tune, but no fine tune. Then you need to find dyno guy who can break in and fine tune.
Power commander probaly stands as the best choice because many many dyno shops carry plug and play, so re tune with fine tune is done without problem.
Also PC5 has spark change, could be handy for dialing in punch out of the corner so to speak.
The PC5 is a good for fine tune almost everywhere, normal dyno operator makes your bike 100%.

I was also new to bike tunes and things changed after 2014, or something. No longer Tune ECU crack so to speak.
not sure how much performance upgrades you've done so far so take a stroll to ktm supertwins and check out kevtex mods, he's sure to have an answer for you.
