You may want to cross post this on the
Duke section as it has WAY more members.

I know on my 640E I put a much wider tire than stock
on (dirt tire), but it made me loosen the rear disk
assembly and then fudge it all in.

Done more research

The usable area for my swing arm is 200mm +/- available.
The wheel rim(outside rim) is 140mm +/-
Theres 20mm gap between rim edge and chain edge
Back sprocket has 9mm +/- gap from the edge of the swing arm.
The motor front sprocket is actually a little offset to the outside line which means i could get a spacer into the back sprocket and bring it out another 5mm + from the tire giving 25mm +/- gap and the chain travel line is still good.

Estimated 140+25+25 =190mm.
Now to find a 180 tire thats legal for my rim and make it all work and keep the budget so the wife doesnt pull the handbrake on.

I thought my last guard position was too flat and the guard was to long . This time i used the brake disc as my reference length and gave it a little bit more down slope. im pretty happy with it.

Nice work.

Is the front fender from a KTM dirt bike?

I do like the mirrors better.

I have 690 E mirrors on my husky, I might be flipping them!

Why does KTM need to make it more of a PITA? :grin2:
