Default 950 SM - engine loosing power on wheelie

Hi there,

I have a problem with my 2006 950 SM. When I pop a wheelie, after maybe 3-5 seconds, I loose power and the front end comes down. For the next several seconds the engine runs rough but after then runs just fine. Until the next wheelie that is. Any idea what the problem may be?

Other than that, the bike runs like a champ

Thanks!

Somebody suggested that a tip-over sensor may be responsible. Does 950 SM have one?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thanx,

maaac

All fuel injected bikes have a tip over sensor (federal regulation) but that is not your issue as it completely kills the engine and wont restart until reset. Unfortunately I don't have any idea on your problem
