duke exhaust on 690 SM adapting tutorial

Hi guys, i thought it would be a good idea to make a small thread with all the info we can find on how to adapt the duke exhaust to the 690 sm, for i am intending to do so as soon as i find a nice 690 sm prestige here in Spain.

If anyone has done this adaptation please enlighten us with a nice tutorial and the parts and skills needed to do so.

i have been looking arround at the duke exhausts, im guessing the best one is the akrapovic but its like 1000 euros over here and im not sure if thats with the mm.. don't know what you guys call it in english, here in spain its called "colectores" (tube that goes from the engine to the exhaust muffler).
The leovince is a lot cheeper, say 400 euros on ebay, not sure if it comes with the part mentioned earlier or not though, and not sure what performance is like either.. anyone know?

Planning to change my duke 690 headlight to 690sm/r type.. Any idea how much the headlight cost? And any additional kit/bracket needed to fit it on my duke?
