2004 300 EXC water in gearbox

hey guys,

I have water getting into my gearbox. Im fairly sure that it isnt from water getting in thru a breather etc...but from the cooling system. My radiator level is lower after a ride and havent gone through any water courses. Is this thru the water pump seal? Is it easy to fix? And what else should I look for when doing it and waht else should I replace whilst that part of the engine is apart?
