300exc suspension question

Hey everyone, im new to the sport and i just bought a 2002 300 exc, runs good but suspension is wayyyy off.. I do weigh 235lbs, am i going to have to re-do all the suspension or can the stock be dialed in to work for my weight? if so, any suggestions on brands/types to look at?

If you are doing all your own work, I'd check out the Eibach spring
website.

I had Precision concepts do my fork springs and valving. Nice ride now.
Did the shock spring myself.
