2010 Ktm 250 sx radiator tube in the frame

Does anyone no how the Radiator Tube that is inside the frame , comes out ???

I'm powder coating my frame and swing arm and need to get it out !!!

Ok so theirs a special tool that goes up inside the tube and catches on teeth / keyways in the tube , to tighten or loosen it ,,, 40 $ from KTM

I'm re doing it black with orange metal flake, the swing arm aswell,,,,
I had a few case dents in the bottom tube that I repaired with .095 wall chromolly plating , just a little beef up kit , I'm also going to run a KTM aluminum skid plate for protection ,,,
