2004 125sx rear plastics

i have a 01 125 and i was wondering if i can put 04 plastic on it well jus the rear section i like the full back fender better then on 01s i was looking at the two subframes only difference is the tab for the seat but the will the air box cover still work? jus wondering trying to make my bike look newer and better

so know one really knows i guess, does anyone know the difference in the frames from 01 to 04 that would help more i guess, i know id have to change airbox

and what about the subframes, do they bolt up different, i know the seat bolt is different.
