Two things:
Get some penetrating oil (chain lube works too) and
spray it round where item #41 is so that it wicks down
#40. Also on the opposite side near #39.
Let it sit REALLY soaked over night. Then
put #44 back on about 3 turns and tap with
a mallet.
Once you get the rear wheel off, make sure you
put anti-seize on the 42 & 43 so the don't lock
up in your swing arm.
