Default Step by step (how to add a colorful heat finish on your bikes pipe and silencer )

Hi you all , I do this to all my bikes so thought I would share !

1st : mateirals needed , WD40 ,drill,wire brush ,wire wheel,steel wool,scotch bright pad , propane torch ,brake clean......

Default Step 1

Spray with WD-40 and start wire wheeling the dark weld scale off with the drill and wire wheel

Default Step 2

Spray more / soak it with WD40 and scotch brite really good , lots of elbow grease is the key

Default Step 3

Spray / soak with WD40 then steel wool the whole pipe really good

Default Step 4

Clean pipe with towel and some brake clean ,, by now you will have a nice shiny pipe like pictured

Default Step 5

With the propane torch , add whatever design you can possibly imagine
When your finished while pipe is still warm/ hot spray with WD-40 , soak it !

Default Finished

Just remember the more time you put into it , the better it will come out , I spent about 3 hour's on mine ,

Also make sure you keep it WD-40 on it ,, I WD-40 mine right after I wash my bike , just spray it on a paper towel and whip er down ,
