380 Head Mods

I heard a rumor there are some good head mods for the 380. Does anyone have this info or can you steer me in the right direction?

I also found where Off-Road.com did a project 380. DASA reset the squish from .093" which means inefficient combustion to a safe .060". This is supposed to help with power and the odd jetting/surging in the midrange issues the 380 has.
