First ride 380 MXC

I took my first REAL ride on my new to me 98 380 MXC. Bike engine is stock axcept for full Pro Circuit exhaust and their recommended jetting.

Rode bike at John's Peak OHV in Southern OR. Lots of single track, fire rodes, and hillclimbs. Being a HUGE CR500 fan and owner of 4, I must say I was quite impressed with this medium bore 2T! Bike had great TQ down low and was able to sing its little lung out on top, oh ya and the suspension worked very nice for this terrain as well. Bike still has some minor issues to address and adjust, but all in all a neat machine

It would be nice if KTM would get back into 2T big bores!

I rode a friends 380 a few years back, and impressed after
having been on big 4T for years.

Love the 380! I've had five of them over the years. Bring that bike out to some of the OMRA races. There are a few races a year at the same place you rode. I love that place but it has been a couple years since I made it down there. The MXC was my favorite model.
