Default choppy exhaust

This is a stupid question, but here we are:

Whenever I'm rolling around at part throttle, the sound from the exhaust is choppy as if it is only firing every so often. When accelerating, everything sounds normal, and when riding tight single track (which is the standard), nothing seems weird as I'm off and on the throttle. I don't find myself coasting around where the sound happens very often, but it is a fairly consistent weirdness at a steady part throttle with very little load. As I have been a 4t guy up until this 250 MXC, I just don't know what to think. Is that normal? I don't have any friends that ride 2t bikes, and I have had a couple ask if the bike is running normal, and all I can say is that aside from the sound, everything seems just fine. The bike always starts on the 1st or 2nd kick and I rode trails for 3+ hours yesterday without incident (and without the sound occurring). I tried to find a youtube vid with the sound I'm hearing, and the closest I can come this idiot and what you hear at about the 4:28 mark.

Thanks in advance.

My 2T Berg sounds that same way (to me anyway).

As long as your jetting is good, and your plug is not
grey (lean) or black (rich), ride on.

Yea, I always wondered how street going 2 strokes would be. 2 strokes in general like high RPM running, not just even throttle, low RPM riding. Its rare that I ride even throttle on a 2 stroke, but when I do, those are the noises you get. The throttle response is also weak at lower RPM and thats really how they are sadly. Honestly, 4 strokes are much smoother when it comes to even throttle. If I had a 2 stroke street bike, I'd be revvin' the living **** out of it every second I could, thats what they like.
