Looking for torque specs on engine

I don't have a manual but I am putting a new gasket kit on my 99 125 sx and I need the head torque specs and the base gasket specs. I pulled the top end off last week and cleaned my power valve and put the bike back together with the old gaskets to see if I fixed the problem, but the gaskets didn't hold up so I am putting new gaskets on. I just want to make sure that I do it right. Also should I use any gasket selaler with the new gaskets?
