I have a 2002 Ktm 125sx. Bought the bike and found right side transmission drain hole had a slight crack which is part of inner clutch case. Took inner clutch cover halfway off until it was hung up by the power valve arm. Please give advice on how to get power valve arm off without causing problems to the bike. Thanks in advance
Sorry guy's, I've been away for a few day's.
Jam2680, I gather you figured it out, but if you didn't take the power valve side cover off the cylinder, there is a little retaining clip in the linkage ball end. Take the clip out and pull the linkage off the power valve control arm, then just remove the clutch cover leaving the linkage attached as the powervalve centrifugal control is bolted to the inside of the clutch cover.
Sorry for the wait again, I hope you figured it out.
I made this short vid for anyone that has the same issue and needs clarification, as I couldn't find any information myself.
