then i purchased a couple of additional adapters for the front lift so it fits all my different KTM's

so i have 1 front stand and two rear stands
i rear stand just for 1290SDR the other stand fit the rest

you can buy cheaper rear stands but by buying second hand i got the original for cheap Chinese price

Great links Cors, good material for lunch break today

I actually just bought a cheapo stand from the Honda dealership here for my Duke. $60 - get what you pay for. I put it together and was wobbly as hell! Didn't have the nerve to even try it without risking tipping the bike.

I use - and love - a Bursig central lift for my SD1290R. Bursig does not make a lift for the RC390, so I have ordered an Abba Lift for it. It should arrive next week.

I have an Anderson stand for my SDGT - pic attached. Simple, stable, reliable, easy to use. Australian company who ship world wide. I have no hesitation sitting on the bike while it is on the stand for handlebar and footpeg adjustments. I don't work for Andersons but am a very happy repeat customer. BMW K1300S, BMW R1100S.

ABBA stand user here. I really like it. Easily operated solo. Lifts both wheels off ground at same time using optional add on "arm".

Con-Stand

Got the Center-lift Con-stand and it does indeed loft both wheels off the ground making it very easy to change oil, clean chain etc.

Interestingly though, the lifting bolt broke (defective?) and I mentioned it to MOTEA and they sent me a whole new plate and all free with express post. Great service and I like it lots.
