I recently bought a 2015 KTM 350 sx-f and was performing an oil change. When I went to replace the oil filter the bolt came out with what looked like a destroyed helicoil. The issue is the bolt hole is extremely close to the oil filter indent that holds the o-ring (see attached image).
French exported in USA for a job.
I will make a big trip next year from north canada to Ushaia during one year (something like 40k miles).
Of course on a KTM, and of course on off road when I can.
my major question for you is, I'm riding a 950 adventure s of 2004 with 60k miles.
