Hey guys, sorry for the delay in reporting back. The jet plate gasket (under the "safety torx" screws inside the carb) fixed the problem. I wish I had checked that first. Oh well, I'll know next time. It was hard to believe how quickly that bike went from running good, to not running at all. Amazing. Now it runs like a champ. Thanks for the guidance.

Good news joe. Thanks for sharing good news. That jet plate o ring can be a bugger. Good on you for your persistence. Happy to hear she's running well. Best to avoid ethanol based fuel if possible to avoid recurrence of o ring or other carburetor elastomer troubles. Running carburetor dry or draining carburetor won't hurt anything and can help prevent future troubles from further fuel attack on o ring. Be sure to check back often

Nice work! Never had a problem there! But never used ethanol fuel in the bikes.
