Hello everyone,

Recently my gear indicator stopped showing what gear I'm in and it doesn't start on it's sidestand because the bike doesn't know it's in Neutral. Also I've been getting MTC failure that started when the indicator stopped working.
Has anyone had this experience and knows a fix or something I could try at home.

The dealership is 300 km away so that is currently not an option.

I was thinking of ordering an OBD2 adapter and just clearing the faults. Also maybe calibrating the gear sensor via TuneECU if it's possible but I can't find anywhere if it's possible.

Kind regards.

TuneECU doesn't work with 1290s...
I guess dealership is your only option...

Well, you learn something new everyday. I think it is only usable for diagnostics...For sure you cannot do any remappings...

No need for remapping, gonna try to order the obd2 jack and adapter to try and clear the faults for starters.
