Found this today while putting on my new graphics kit. What should I do?

Leave it go?
Replace gasket?
Is this a common issue?

I cleaned it up, snugged up the bolts.
Included 2 pics of the issue....last was just for fun...lol.

Looks to be the bolt in the side of the engine on the right side of the pic. Can I just tighten it? Part numbers are

20 75036055000 valve mechanism cover screw 1

21 75036052010 decoupling element

Just to follow up on this. I cleaned the area, leak came back. Snugged up the bolt in question and have rode 200mi with no issues.
