I bought a Puig clear screen that's being delivered today so I'll let you know if it performs to my expectations . . . fingers crossed!
That would be great!! Thanks.

So after one 35 minute highway ride to work this morning with the new Puig screen I definitely noticed a difference in wind deflection for the good HOWEVER like I read somewhere in the forum the wind coming over the top of the screen seems to make wind decibels and little louder. BTW this is at 80+ MPH. . . . And yes I always use earplugs AND have a chin curtain on my HJC RPHA 11 helmet. If I dip closer and slightly lower to the screen that wind db don't lessen but the buffeting does. All in all it's a positive result for adding this particular screen.
I had the KTM powerparts screen on mine when I got the bike, I have since removed it and don't notice any real difference but I am not doing any highway type riding. I can say the KTM part was well made and fitted perfectly (as it should!)
I have the Powebronze screen on mine. Works well.
I got the powerparts screen for mine. It made a small difference, but honestly I got it for the looks and to fill the space between the headlight and handlebar / display.
I got cheap ebay one that looks like MRA or other brand I forget.....yeah not whole lot of difference really

Wind is brutal on street bikes, wasn't even thinking about it coming from dirt bikes but it's annoying.....I guess you just get used to it

For looks only, does nothing for blocking wind if that's what you're after.
Just put one on my 22 890r and it basically just fills the gap. If you're looking to cut down on wind, many here have added a variety of different brand offerings. Congrats on the new buke.
I have the Powerparts screen and I totally rate it as being very effective.

Maybe they're different fly screens out there, but if you're referring to the one that comes up to the top edge of the TFT display.....then I'm not sure what difference in what you're talking about.

No, mine is the higher one that’s normally clear (I had mine painted black on the inside).
The other one that you are referring to, is a tinted cover for the back of the gauges and would offer no wind protection.

Ok thanks for clearing that up because I was thinking there's no way that little thing offers protection lol. I have it and it makes no difference. Maybe I need to get the taller clear one like you.
I have the Ermax windscreen. I have been very happy with it.
