Anything to fit my 2008 690 Duke? And do you ship to Finland?
You would need a VB controller, no problem to ship to Finland, the controller will work as long as the ECU has not been flashed with Tune ECU with the closed loop 02 sensor flashed off. Do you still have the KTM map installed or has the ECU been flashed before.

Apparently it has akrapovic map
You would need to confirm the 02 sensor closed loop has not been flashed off, if flashed off my controller will not work.

Hi Kev
I'm based in Victoria and have a 2021 890 duke and are seeking out ways to eliminate snatchy low throttle slow speed town riding.
I see you have had success with earlier models. Do you have a closed loop fix for my model ?
Regards Dean
Dean I did crack the closed loop & made Euro5 ECU 02 controllers for the 890's, made a batch & it took 18 months to sell 5 of them so never made anymore, just no demand, end the end I flashed my own 890 closed loop off.

My 890 closed loop testing KTM 890 Duke R 02 Controller - YouTube

This is the same Euro5 controller on my 2021 MT09SP Gen 3 MT09SP 02 sensor controller - YouTube

I would get a Rapid bike Easy that will fix your closed loop, they came out this year for the 890, Joel has stock in Oz https://rapidbike.com.au/shop/?swoof=1&product_cat=2022-890-duke-r

Ok, thanks for the rapidbike info.
So I have decated this 890 so what's best, easy or the evolution mod ?
With the Evolution module you can build custom maps on the Dyno, cost quiet high dyno time around $750Oz + price of module just to tune the open loop mapping, for the closed loop fit a plug & play Easy module which works the same as one of my controllers in correcting the signal from the 02 sensor in real time & will adapt to different mods fitted.

Hi Kev,

New here and a novice to the whole “fuel tuning” area. Waiting for a 2023 Enduro R and looking around for options when coming across a mention of your highly recommended products. I later found that Coober has a €400 “ecu” fitting 22+ and see that it smoothes out lower rpm running - as well as all over the line it says… but isn’t the low end the same as what your 1/4th of the price product does and is that the only area the bike needs a fix? Bike will get a factory Akrapovic slip-on and was thinking doing a Rottweiler intake. As I mentioned, complete novice so apologize if these are complete stupid questions…:)

Waiting to get my hands on the 2023 models to do some 02 sensor controller testing, Coobers ECU works on the same principle as my controllers it sends a leaner signal to the bikes ECU so it richens up the closed loop AFR in real time.

Dear Kev, thanks! So, if all checks out as a 2022 - which one of your products is it that I should order?

Hi Kev
I'd like to know which dials do what on the rapid bike easy tune, have you tested ?
I'd like to play around with mine but want to know which dial and which direction leans and richens the closed loop settings.
Thanks Dean
The dials change the offset ratio on the signal wire, meaning it can make the difference between the input & output signal vary in millivolts, there is a very narrow adjustable range before the ECU will detect a to lean or stuck lean or to rich or stuck rich fault & put the engine light on.

They make one controller for most bikes with different settings/adjustments just with different connectors. I used to make adjustable controllers in 2012 for the KTM's but had to many drama's with everyone playing with the settings & causing all sorts of dramas, so all my controllers are sold fixed so I know 100% the set setting will work.
