At first i will describe the problem:
So i dont have problems with first start up my bike the problem starts when i pass 50m or so then my bike is dying and i have problem with start up him again (like he lost fuel and cant suck it again?)and it takes few try + exhaust is shoting pow pow, it happens only after first start up after longer break or at next day for example, later is ok probably because bike is warm because when is warm i can turn it off and start again easy until next day or longer break.

My bike had monthly break and when i finally decide to take a ride i found that battery is dead so i bought new one, the old one had 3-4 years or so and i was not able to recharge it, once when i was refueling my bike some water fallled inside when i open my tank here is always fakin water around valve.

Next time it dies, pop the fuel cap and listen for the sound of air rushing in -- that would indicate the fuel tank vent is blocked. That's all I have.

IIRC there are two hoses on the left side of the tank. One is the fuel tank vent, the other vents the area between the fuel tank cap and the inner lip (to drain gas if you over fill). I don't know which is which.

I just back from my KTM dealer and he didnt agree that it could be fuel filter problem and they will make estimation price for monday for the "fix" idk if i will agree with it, on the way to home i had 0 problems and my bike ride smoothy the problem is always after longer break i pass 30m the bike is dying and i need try few times for turn him again.

You say you possibly have water in your tank? This will cause that as it will sit below the fuel and the bike will keep drawing it into the injection side and it will die. I'd drain your fuel into a bucket or clear container and you'll see them separate if its the case. You need to clear your fuel cap drain to make sure it drains water away or it just goes into the tank each time you open the fuel cap and cause this problem.

The KTM mechanic took a ride on my bike, and yes i though same coz fuel is always on top of water so if here is some water on the way... i will see at monday what they want to do, thats good idea about removing fuel but i dont have garage o garden for do that.

Suppose you start the bike from fully cold, how long would it run?

Now lets say it went off.
How long would it take to start again?
And how long would it run after starting?

I feel like he work until here is fuel in carburetor, he always dying almost in same place after 30m +/-

" How long would it take to start again?"
4-5 longer try, first 2-3 try = 0 reaction like here is no fuel.

"And how long would it run after starting?"
When i finally turn him on again i feel like he have fuel cuts and sometimes here is no problem like yesterday when i was returning from KTM here was 0 problems and on the way to ktm he dies 4 times and sometimes i hear shots from exhaust.
