I would get some frame Jack's and lift it off the ground that way and then check the wheels to if they are straight also make sure your rear sprocket line up down the middle of the chain that will also let you see if the rear wheel isn't tracking straight. Just some suggestions. Good luck

How do you get your rear wheel out of alignment on a single sided swing arm?! It can’t be a rear wheel mounting problem unless the hub bearings are demolished.

Front wheel is slightly different. The forks could be twisted….

But in that case you managed to bend your rear stand and twist your forks in 1 wheel change. Doable I guess, but pretty special! 😬
