Couple of hours on my new bike yesterday, `21 1290 SAS, and I had sore feet, my daytona boots obviously have a softer touring sole and as it's cheaper getting new pegs than boots I`ve ordered some of the SW motech evo footpegs, handy as they`re bigger and lower than the oe. I couldn`t do a 2 week tour with those standard pegs

Good pegs are SO important... I stand on my pegs fairly often while trail riding, especially in tricky sections, so I'm glad I have decent pegs on my thumper. Not sure whether the PO swapped 'em out, they look pretty burly, lol. The way I ride, I gotta have some sorta security with my pegs, no cheap or poorly-designed cr@p, lol. I put these pegs to the test on my last ride, and they worked well!
