Hey All, I have a 2019 SDR and had the Akra flash done at the dealer back when I bought the bike and put a Hurricane exhaust on it. I also have a fuel dongle. We bought my son an absolutely identical bike recently, set it up the same exact way, and took it to the dealer for the same flash a few months ago. His bike is noticeably more punchy and pops an awful lot more on deceleration. I'm wondering if in the 5, nearly 6 years since I had mine flashed if they have improved it with more fuel flow, or something else. Does anyone know anything about this?

I called the local KTM dealer and the service manager had no idea what I was talking about. H kept referring to Akra pipes, etc. This is why I wouldn't trust them with my garden hose. Anyway, I looed up the Hurricane exhaust website and their may be ever so slight differences within the guts of the exhausts we have. I assume his bike is leaner and more restricted with all of the popping. I don't know...

If the sas delete hasn't been done on his bike that would account for the popping on decel. IDK if KTM uses the same Akra map for each gen or euro version, but I think I'd start there, after buying the sas delete from Rotty.

So, the difference between yours and his bike is the exhaust servo delete?
How are you running your bike with the Hurrican exaust de-cat without it?
It turns out I was mistaken. 5+ years ago when I bought mine, I put the servo delete as well as the fuel dongles on and had somehow forgotten that. I also just had the Akra flash redone this weekend as well. The flash ended up not being any different than the one I had put on when I bought the bike in 2019, but I will say the new dongles made a difference in the mid range. It's definitely got more snap and punch in the lower and mid rpms. I don't know if that means the dongles I installed in 2019 were duds, or they have upgraded them.
