There is a reset procedure on youtube. Takes 1 minute.

I took mine to dealer and got charged $250 for their time... I should have used google first

Got mine replaced under warranty but that was because the CC-button actually snapped internally.
Keeps toggling when riding bumpy roads.

No cost, fully covered. Get your dealer to replace it under warranty, would be my suggestion is the reset doesn't fix it.

 

I've tried to reset it, no change.
The two buttons (CC and -) just have absolutely zero effect when pressed.

Booked it in for a dealer to look at, they suspect it's warranty too.

 

I also recently had the left swichgear replaced under warranty on my 19’ 1290. Same issue on cruise control reset method did not work.

 

I had my right switchgear replaced twice under warranty on my '18 SDR, I'd say bad design
