I am interested in installing some different grips on my 2023 Super Duke R EVO. I have seen the threads about the odd and difficult stock throttle tube sizing, and so I would either like to get one of the aluminum aftermarket throttle tubes and install grips on those, or at the very least be able to get the throttle tube off of the bike.
However, the 2023 model year’s throttle tube housing has these very odd one-way security screws.

(As can be seen discussed in other threads, the 2023 year uses a different housing here than the 2020-2022, and they returned to the 2022 style in 2024 it appears. So these are not the standard Philips head screws found on the throttle tube housing on the non-2023 bikes.)
I am unable to find any information about these types of screws online, and the parts diagrams are incorrect for this model year and show the 2022’s housing from what I can tell, so those haven’t helped me narrow this down.
They are some sort of one-way screw, but the middle is raised, which would make drilling them with an extractor very difficult. I’m sure there’s some sort of specialty tool but I’m having no luck finding it.
Can anyone provide guidance on how they removed these on their 2023? Or if anyone has information or suggestions.
