So I got one and first day I put about 150 miles on it. Great bike now I just need some recommendations. Was thinking about getting the T-Rex frame sliders (drop kit) and then a center lift stand I know I know $500 a lot for a stand. But I do all my own maintenance would make life easier have had bikes with dual stands never a center lift tho. Anyone have one? Pics? stability? On my S1000rr I had the Stompgrip tank pads. Any other tank pad I could go for?

Thanks and I just realized, quick shifter isn't given with the bike (the software) :crying2: . Anyone know how much it costs? or it cost for them? Also anyone else have the OEM heated grips? Useful or not? I had em on the s1000rr stock didn't know I had to buy those too... :frown2:

The up shifter is nice and really all that is needed (own a sdgt) and here is why: you can barely hang on while under full throttle but your hands are available while down shifting. Why they threw in all the goodies for me and leave the R guys to buy everything alacart is just wrong.

The heated grips are def a nice feature. I've never had them on a bike before (36 years of riding) and I was missing out... You can buy them from a dealer in person, e bay, etc, but you may have to take it to a dealer to have them enabled. I was fortunate in that I bought mine after the sale and my friend plugged them in and they worked from the get go. Some folks have reported having to make a trip to the dealer to get them functional.

Seems dealers arbitrarily enable the heated grips during the PDI.....if you get the opportunity, insist they enable this during the PDI or get them to enable it before you pick it up...
