I appreciate the heads up. I chatting with a guy right now who sold his duke and is going to sell me his pcv. And like I said, I'm debating about buying the auto tune off him as well

I'll likely go the power commander route. Debating if I'll run auto tune as well
So you know, the PC6 is out of stock everywhere I've looked. Rottweiler will tell you they expect more in 2-4 weeks. That's been a thing for a few weeks now. Additionally, the PC6 requires a license to tune past the basics. I opt'd for a PCV which is discontinued but still available if you look hard enough. As of 3 days ago Cycle Gear/Revzilla had 4 left in stock after I bought mine.

Dont! Please put that airbox back in. The airbox provides "still" air ... that means no turbulence. W/O airbox the engine is subject to the whims of your bike at speed - pressure at times and then vacuum other times. The only place I've seen a benefit of a removed box is in the calm spaces of a dyno room ... not the real world. Trust me I have ported hundreds of heads and spent way too many hours in a dyno room. Believe it or not the factory has a bit of a clue to what they build. Replace filter with oiled gauze replacement ... that's it.
Good dope. I've been considering doing this but my main concern is water in the intake. Currently running a K&N in place of the OEM filter and have modified my crank case breathing a bit.
