Its unfortunate that I have to make this post, as it looks like a good product. And by all accounts it is as I'm sure many have it and used it.
However, I can't say I'm impressed with their service. Simply put, don't order this tool if you are an international customer.
I'm from Canada and placed an order for this, paid through paypal as per their site.
They so far as shipped the product and provided a tracking number.
A day later the product shows as delivered. I write to them to inquire as there is no way it was delivered to Canada in a day. It turns out that it was sent back to them because DHL won't deliver internationally at this time.

So they can't/won't use another courier and say they will issue me a refund. They issue the amount, but of course Paypal takes a fee and so I don't actually get a full refund.. To be clear, this isn't about the $, because its a small amount. It's about the principal that I paid service fees in order to get them their money when placing the order, but they won't pay them when they have to refund back to me, ESPECIALLY when the refund is due to a problem on their end. This to me is no different than the admin time they have to spend to issue the refund, its a cost of doing business. That time is a cost just like paying a service fee to PayPal (a vendor they decide to do business with) is a cost. So now, as the customer, I get short changed, I don't get what I ordered and I've just wasted time, none of it being a fault of my own.

If they can't ship internationally, then they should not of allowed me to place the order in the first place. If they did not know they couldn't ship, then shame on them for not knowing shipping policies for a business they perform online and subsequently rely heavily on shipping in order to run that business.

In my opinion its poor business sense and practice.

Again, I'm sure the product is great, but be warned that if you're placing an international order, chances are you'll go through this same issue until the pandemic is over and they clearly have put in no process to ensure their international customers are made aware of all of this in advance.

Also do not order the HDESAUSA tool - KTM STEEL WHEEL SOCKET 40M/60 MM 1290 SUPER DUKE R/GT/SE Tool 2014-on
I bought this to use with my 2018 *(Yes, I know it says 2014-2016), but I run a 2014-2016 style rear BST wheel (which uses the conical adapter). That said, the tool does not allow enough depth to fully seat on the nut. The axle protrusion prevents it. Your only option is to have the tool recessed with a channel about 4mm deep to accomodate for that protrusion. I did so, because I had access to someone to do it...

But unless you are willing to do that, stay away. I wrote to HDESA to make them aware....was not even complaining....and never received a reply. NFGs apparently

I see you are from Canada - I can appreciate quality but I wasn’t going to wait for shipping. I went to Princess Auto, picked up a 2-3/8” socket and a 40” breaker bar. Socket was on sale at the time for $23.99CAD. It got the job done easily. I rarely will need it.
