SX E 5 Battery circuit board

Anyone have experience with the battery of a SX e 5 (2020) specifically the circuit board inside?
I just purchased this bike for my kid (knew the battery was an issue but got a deal) and was told the battery is dead per multiple sources. took the battery apart and tested each row of batteries...all tested fine so it is not the problem. traced what we think is the issue to the circuit board connected to the + and - terminals.
I am having a hard time locating the circuit board with this model # 1724.31.002.1F. Hoping to replace just the board and not purchase a new expense battery pack that is on backorder til who knows when.

appreciate any help.

No sir, the charger actually works fine. Inside the battery pack there is this circuit board that connects the battery cells to the + and - wiring. that is where we found the current stops and does not continue to the bike.

I see. Is there something on that circuit board that tells you who has manufactured it? You could also try to google any/all info that is on that board and see if that could give you some clues.
