I found another radiator leak, yop rail other side and it only spewed under pressure. I removed the tank to access the radiator and after putting everything back together the fuel pump isn't charging when I turn the key and I've gotten the two codes above. I'm sure I plugged the 2 wires in under the tank, reconnected the fuel hose and am confused?

Man that’s unfortunate with another leak…that’s a very strange situation. I would make sure all the connectors/contacts are clean (use contact cleaner) and I personally add a small amount of “NO-OX” to all my metal contact points in each connector ( when I happen to open it).

Keep us posted.

I think what happened was I tried to start the bike before I plugged the fuel pump back causing the fault, so I just disconnected the battery and reconnected and fault codes are gone and she fired right up. I'll run er a few to make sure my epoxy filled the hole and have some fun. This 2nd leak took about 15 lbs of pressure to spurt and unlike the first one this wasn't a split in the rail, just a small hole. I peeled it back and sealed the whole side an inch from the end so hopefully this is the end of it...still the leak was on the side of the radiator facing back so hard to blame a stone.
