GPS mount for '24 GT?

I have a Zumo XT that I want to mount on my new '24 GT.

The PP GPS mount would put it over the handlebar.

I think I want it above the TFT display, like I had it on my previous bike (a '16 SA).

I found this Moto Mate mount that looks like exactly what I want - except that they don't have any pics showing how the power cable would route. I emailed them and asked for a pic and they emailed me back with no pics and just said, basically, "the wiring routes just fine". I don't particularly care for that. It makes me feel like they are trying to hide that their cable routing ... leaves something to be desired.

I also found where Rottweiler has a mount for the '21+ Super Adventure. It also looks like exactly what I want. And it is actually metal (unlike the Moto Mate that is plastic). And the Rottweiler is less expensive, on top of that.

But, I don't know if a mount that fits the '21+ SA will work on my GT. I have emailed Rottweiler to ask.

Meanwhile, do any of you know any other good option (to mount it above the TFT)?

If you HAVE one mounted above the TFT on a GT, can you reach it okay to operate it while riding? Or is it too far away?

I often plug in a re-route while on the move. Being able to reach it is a priority, to me. I know putting it on top of the handlebar would make it a lot easier to reach, but then it's nowhere near my line of sight when I'm riding, which is the big downside to putting it there...

I bought a second handlebar mount and wiring harness, $80-90. can't remember exactly. The ease that I can move the xt from bike to bike. I just routed the wires to the nearest switched acc outlet on my sas I don't remember, but I think the SDR's have a switched outlet inside the headlight

I answered my own question yesterday. I bought the Rottweiler mount for Super Adventure that I linked in the OP.

I got these vibration isolators on Amazon for $9.

The GPS mount piggybacks onto the back of the TFT display using the new vibration isolators so the mount is sandwiched in between the TFT and the TFT bracket.

The result has the TFT about 1/2 inch (12mm) closer to the rider than with the stock mounting. It does not interfere with anything when turning the handlebars full lock to full lock, so I think that is fine.

Update: I have now ordered some of these vibration isolators.

The shaft is spec'ed at 12 mm versus 15mm on the ones I linked above. I think the ones I used are too long. One of the OEM vibration isolators on the back of the TFT has ripped in half and I'm suspicious that it is because I threaded the Amazon isolator into it and the stud was too long.

I also ordered some actual KTM ones (part # 61514069110) to at least replace the one on my TFT that ripped in half. When I replace it, I might use the KTM ones for everything. We'll see.

Caveat emptor.
