Hello. I was wondering if the ktm 690 enduro r rims w/ tyres fit on the 690 smc. I want to be able to do some dirt riding with enduro tyres and street riding with the smc tyres.

Axle length and diameters as the same.
IIRC from ADVrider, it's the front brake disk
on the SMC is 320mm diameter, so you need
a caliper swap or relocation bracket because
the enduro front disk is ~200mm diameter.
I think you could do it physically, but from what I've read you may have "too" much front
braking on dirt then.
Would you be using the SMC two piston caliper, or the single enduro caliper?
I think the 690 has a brake adjuster on the handle. If you use it to get the brake to start braking further in to the handle it will brake less with the same amount of grasp on the lever
